Main Connection Travel, an independently owned and operated agency, acts solely as a general booking agent on behalf of the customer for the purpose of processing bookings and reservations with various cruise lines and travel suppliers. Main Connection Travel shall not be held responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, or defaults of any travel supplier, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and ground transportation providers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers.

Main Connection Travel does not own, operate, or control any of the travel services or products offered through our website or our travel advisors. We act as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers.

Booking and Payment

  • All travel bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers.
  • Pricing is subject to change until your booking is confirmed and paid in full.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers. Main Connection Travel will assist you with cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the supplier allows.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any health-related documentation. Main Connection Travel can provide guidance, but the traveler is ultimately responsible for meeting all entry requirements for their destination(s).
